You are strictly prohibited from making deposits using illegally obtained funds, funds belonging to a third party, or through any payment method not listed above. Any attempt to deposit via an unapproved method will be automatically rejected.
Withdrawals may only be made to the same account or e-wallet used for the original deposit. This is a security measure to prevent money laundering and fraud. Luck 555 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
Withdrawal for bonuses: Bonus funds may only be withdrawn after the wagering requirement has been fully met. The bonus amount itself cannot be withdrawn separately.
Luck 555 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing any withdrawal, particularly for withdrawals exceeding RM 5,000 or those deemed unusual based on the account's usage profile.
All bonuses offered by Luck 555 are subject to wagering requirements specific to each promotion. Wagering requirements refer to the number of times you must wager the bonus amount before it can be converted into withdrawable funds.
Bonuses are non-transferable, cannot be directly exchanged for cash, and will expire if not used within the specified period. Luck 555 reserves the right to void any bonus where fraud or abuse is suspected.
Members who meet the monthly wagering criteria are eligible for automatic VIP tier upgrades. VIP benefits include higher cashback rates, increased withdrawal limits, exclusive weekly bonuses, and a dedicated account manager. VIP status may be downgraded if wagering activity falls below the minimum threshold for 60 consecutive days.
